Local area sex education company and store, Good Vibrations, will give a workshop on Feminist Porn, the ways this relates to society's views on sexuality and pleasure, and how we interact when it comes to sex, consent, and more.

The 赔偿项目 brings awareness to the over 1,200 missing and murdered aboriginal 加拿大妇女. Indigenous girls and women in the United States, Mexico, and across this continent are being murdered at far greater rates than the general population.

Karen Branan:女人 & Lynching - Lessons for Today

In journalist and author Karen Branan’s family tree are women who were lynched, women who encouraged and watched lynchings, women who fought lynchings, women who suffered 从私刑, & women who stopped lynchings. Some of them were African American, some were European American. She studied these women’s lives for over 20 years to write a book and bring a scalding message of utmost importance today.

Native American Activitist, Environmentalist, Author, and Former Green Party Vice Presidential Candidate, Winona LaDuke (Ojibwe) is an internationally ren自己的ed Native American activist and advocate for environmental, women’s, and children’s 权利. She is the founder of the White Earth Land Recovery Project, a reservation-based land acquisition, environmental advocacy, and cultural organization. 她也是创始人 and co-chair of the Indigenous Women’s Network. She also co-founded Honor the Earth with Amy Ray and Emily Saliers (the Indigo Girls).
